This is generally what i eat, i eat about 5/6 times a day, but this is only when
I'm home and not at school or work.
Breakfast consists of Protein Shake with milk and a bowl of Oatmeal.
That is usually my Lunch / Dinner and I'd have it about 3 to 4 times if I'm at home all day, i usually eat the latter of the 4, the first plate is just random assortments of fish-balls and Chinese stuff i found in the fridge. But normally I'd have a beef patty, or chicken breast with rice and vegetables the plates about the same size so i can be consistent with how much i eat. The chopsticks (9.1 inches) are there to kind of show how big the plate is.
After the gym i have a protein shake about 40grams of protein from 2 scoops. If i have work or school i normally eat protein bars every 2 -3 hours that are that has 20g of protein.
Before bed i make myself a Protein shake again.
Right now I'm about 130 - 133
